Hand carved spalted birch scoop. A unique scoop perfect for measuring out your freshly ground coffee beans but equally good for measuring out seeds, herbs, flour or spices. The spalted birch scoop is hand carved in our Norfolk workshop and made from sustainable and locally sourced birch wood and finished with food safe oil.
Wash by hand and dry thoroughly. We recommended oiling the scoop every 2-3 months to revive the wood and help it regain its natural texture using flax seed oil or wood balm.
