A unique scoop perfect for measuring out your freshly ground coffee beans but equally good for measuring out seeds, herbs, flour or spices.
Spalting describes the process by which certain fungi grow on dead or fallen trees leaving distinguished patterns across the surface of the wood. The process slowly evolves over several years to reach the ideal stage to cut and season the timber.
The scoop is carved by hand using a sloyd and hook knife and finshed with a food safe oil.
Crafted from spalted beech sourced in Suffolk woodland.
